Mad Cow Disease

Is it contagious?

Mad Cow Disease isn't contagious between humans. The only way you receive Mad Cow Disease is through the consumption of infected cow grey matter or spinal cord. This consumption can happen when eating beef from unreliable or uncleanly vendors.

Is it fatal?

Sadly, Mad Cow Disease is a deadly disease. You may have the disease for multiple years before symptoms start occuring. When symptoms start occuring the subject typically only has a year to live. Throughout the course of this year the subject loses control of all motor functions which leads to death. Also throughout this year the subject may become enraged and act in a psychotic manner.

What are treatments?

There are no treatments. Very sadly all people who contract Mad Cow Disease die. Scientists are currently working on a cure for this deadly disease but  so far they have been unsuccessful. Hopefully in the future there will be treatment for this fatal disease.
